We are Hiring: The Town of Leon is hiring a Sanitation Worker for Wed. 1-5pm and Sat. 8-noon.  Applictions are available on website or can be picked up at the Sanitation Shed.  Applications are due by Oct. 1, 2024.  Pay rate is $14.50/hour.

PUBLIC NOTICE of SPRING ELECTION TOWN OF LEON

 

Notice is hereby given that a Spring Election will be held on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 in the Leon Town Hall, 8108 Jackrabbit Ave., Sparta from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The polling place is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.  At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as the Local Canvassing Board for the purpose of conducting the local canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. 7.51. This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.81-89.
